Spanish Flank Steak

Here's a simple recipe that has been a perennial favorite in my family. It’s great for a summer barbecue.


MARINADE

1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 teaspoons minced garlic

Combine all ingredients and pour over flank steak.

Marinate at least 4 hours; a day works better.

Grill the steak.

After slicing the flank steak, serve in the marinade.

Please note: I personally prefer it with a little more garlic and red pepper.
